These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the ownership and use of the Legends Awaken II NFT ("NFT"). By purchasing, acquiring, or using a Legends Awaken II NFT, you ("Holder") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are subject to the local laws of the respective country and will be enforced accordingly.

Please read these Terms carefully and ensure you understand all risks before proceeding.

1. Ownership Rights

The Holder of a Legends Awaken II NFT has ownership rights to the NFT token itself. However, ownership of the NFT does NOT grant:

  • Exclusive community events
  • Early announcements and updates
  • Direct communication with the team

Rewards and Possible Staking

  • Reward system where NFT holders can participate to win from a $1,000 pool of $CLG tokens
  • Games and competitions hosted in Discord
  • Rewards distributed based on participation and performance

Note: Future staking mechanisms are under consideration but not guaranteed.

Regulatory Notice:

Staking activities may be subject to local financial regulations in certain jurisdictions. Please check your local laws before participating in any staking or reward programs.

In-Game Use

Use your NFT characters in future Cronos Legends games and experiences, including:

  • Character representation in games
  • Potential gameplay benefits or features
  • Integration with future gaming platforms

Note: Game development timelines are subject to change, and gaming aspect is under consideration but not guaranteed. No guarantee of specific game features or release dates. Digital assets in games may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

NFT Buybacks & Possible Royalty Share
  • NFT Buybacks for Marketing: A $500 fund dedicated to NFT buybacks to support the ecosystem and marketing initiatives
  • Potential Royalty Share: NFT holders may receive a share of secondary sales royalties from the collection (subject to implementation)

Tax Considerations:

Royalties and buyback proceeds may be subject to local tax regulations in your jurisdiction. Income from NFT sales and rewards may need to be declared and taxed as income or capital gains. Please consult a tax professional in your country for guidance.

Voting Rights (Community Governance)

Voting processes will be conducted via Discord for community governance decisions, including:
