Legends Awaken I terms and conditions
These terms govern owning and using a Legends Awaken I NFT. They were written for the collection's launch in 2025, and the launch-era utilities that have since ended are marked as ended.

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the ownership and use of the Legends Awaken NFT (Legends Awaken I, the "NFT"). By purchasing, acquiring, or using a Legends Awaken NFT, you ("Holder") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are subject to the local laws of the respective country and will be enforced accordingly.
1. Ownership rights
The Holder of a Legends Awaken NFT has ownership rights to the NFT associated with the project. However, ownership of the NFT does not grant any rights, either express or implied, to the intellectual property or any associated materials of the Legends Awaken NFT project beyond the utilities outlined in these Terms.
2. Accessing utilities
To access the utilities provided by the Legends Awaken NFT, holders must join our Discord community. This gives holders access to community events and privileges.
Launch-era utilities
When the collection launched, holders were offered the following utilities. All of them have ended and are no longer offered:
- EndedA royalty share for holders in Discord during the first two weeks after launch
- EndedDaily $CLG claims in Discord from a launch reward pool
- EndedBattleground competitions in Discord with a launch prize pool
- EndedNFT staking
- EndedAn NFT buyback fund for marketing
- EndedDiscord Nitro giveaways for community members
- EndedA token airdrop for holders
- EndedA free Legends Awaken II NFT for holders of at least five Legends Awaken NFTs
3. Utilities
The following utilities are granted to Cronos Legends NFT holders. Restrictions or limitations are indicated only for applicable countries using their abbreviations (for example UK, US, DE, CN).
Community access
Holders will have access to private community channels or events related to the Legends Awaken project. There are no global restrictions for this utility.
In-game use
Restrictions (CN): Restricted. Digital assets in games are heavily regulated or prohibited in China.
Instructions: To participate in any game, you must transfer your NFT to your decentralized Cronos wallet.
Voting rights
Restrictions (CN, KR): Restricted. Decentralized voting mechanisms are limited due to local governance regulations.
Instructions: Voting processes will be conducted via Discord.
Ended utilities
The staking and royalty-share utilities that were listed in this section at launch have ended (see section 2).
Burn program
A Legends Awaken I NFT can be burned on-chain for $CLG. The burn program runs on its own published rules: see the burn rules.
4. Transferability
Legends Awaken NFTs can be transferred to third parties through supported platforms. The Holder acknowledges that any transfer of the NFT will also transfer the associated rights and utilities to the new owner.
Transfer regulations (US, JP, KR): Transfer of digital assets may be subject to specific regulations, such as the Financial Services Agency in Japan or the SEC in the US. Holders must comply with local laws.
5. Disclaimer
The Legends Awaken project, including any associated utilities or rewards, is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The project team makes no representations regarding the long-term availability of utilities, rewards, or the Legends Awaken NFT ecosystem.
The original Terms stated that the utilities and rewards would only take effect once the Legends Awaken NFT collection was fully sold out. All 500 Legends Awaken I NFTs have been minted.
Consumer protection (US, UK, EU): Local consumer protection laws may apply, and any warranties or representations could be subject to additional requirements.
6. Changes to terms
The project team reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Holders through official channels.
Regulatory compliance (US, UK, EU): Any changes will be made in compliance with local regulations.
7. Liability
The project team shall not be liable for any damages, including financial losses, resulting from the purchase, use, or transfer of Legends Awaken NFTs.
Liability limitations (US, JP, EU): Local laws may impose additional liability limitations, and Holders should be aware of their rights under those jurisdictions.
8. Governing law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Legal framework (UK, US, FR, JP): Local regulations may impose additional rules or limitations based on the country's legal framework.
